Mike,
Measure the adjustment at the actual actuator (the round black thing on the right side of the frame). Pull the rubber boot off, and you'll see it in the center of the circle (across the housing from where the cable inserts into it). Press in on the plastic circle and you'll see it go in and out- that'll give you the distance to adjust to....
